How PhysioRehab Works
QuickStart 1:1 Sessions
Your journey begins with a one-on-one assessment with a physiotherapist. Depending on your needs, we may recommend a second session to make sure you have a full understanding of the program and are safe to commence in the small group class.
During these sessions, we:
- Assess your injury history
- Understand your health and fitness goals
- Identify movement limitations
- Build your personalised exercise program
These sessions are designed to give you a strong, focused start.
Your Personalised Program
Your program is built specifically for you and may include a mix of:
- Reformer-based Pilates exercises
- Clinical Pilates techniques
- Functional strength training
- TRX / suspension training
- Weights and resistance work
- Mat-based exercises
Small Group Classes
Once you’ve completed your 1:1 session/s, you can join our small group PhysioRehab classes. Here’s why the format works:
- Maximum of 4 participants per class
- Close supervision and hands-on guidance
- Continued progression of your personalised program
