Move From Pain To Performance

We Provide A Solution And A Clear Pathway To Achieve your Health, Performance And Lifestyle Goals

Our priority has always been the health and safety of our team, families and our amazingly supportive local community.

We ask that if you have any cold or flu-like symptoms not to attend our clinics. Your cooperation helps us keep the vulnerable members of our community safe.

At Gerringong & Kiama Physiotherapy we also offer high quality care, in the form of online Telehealth consultations. This service remains available to anyone who would prefer to limit face to face consultation. We have found this to be an incredibly effective and professional way to keep our clients progressing towards their health and performance goals.

Our team work with a 3-stage Pain to Performance model of care

Our first priority is to reduce your pain and get you moving quickly. Once your pain is reduced, we will thoroughly assess your movement patterns to determine contributing factors to your pain or injury. This allows us to develop individualised exercise programs, aimed at making you stronger and more resilient to injury than ever before.
